What size shall I order my shoes in? It's best if you order in the usual sizes (eg. German size 42, UK size 8). Of course, some shoes turn out differently but based on your size indication we are able to determine rather exactly what size of shoes will fit you. If out of whatever reason we should be unable to determine the proper size based on your data, we will get in touch with you by phone. In case you don't know your size, you will in most cases find this information on the inside of your shoes.

My size is highlighted in yellow on the order form of my chosen article; what does this mean? This means that the shoes are not in stock in your size. However, you can order them in advance. If you decide to do so, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will inform you in a follow-up email whether and when you can approximately expect your delivery.

What happens once I made my online order? After filling in the order form with your data and clicking on the Submit Order button, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is processed immediately after receipt and delivered within one week should the ordered shoes be in stock. In case the shoes are not in stock you will still receive an order confirmation as well as a follow-up email with the delivery date. This also applies to our made-to-order models.

How high are the shipping costs and what other costs incur in an online order? There is a standard shipping charge for deliveries within Germany of 5 euros. Customers within the EU have to pay the stated price for the chosen item(s) as well as the incurring shipping costs displayed when selecting the country of destination in the order form. Orders from outside the EU are exempt from German VAT and we adjust our prices accordingly. However, your customs office will charge you your country-specific turnover tax on imports. Therefore please contact your responsible customs office for more detailed information.

I would like to return my shoes; is there anything I should know? Yes - please return the shoes in an unworn state and in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please make sure to not paste anything on the original packaging. Please prepay the parcel; due to organisational reasons, we cannot accept parcels which are not prepaid. The money paid for the article(s) as well as the cost of postage are reimbursed upon receipt of the return consignment.
